#OpenToWork

Three years ago, I started my journey with Ubimo/Quotient.
Time flies! 🚀

From the very first call to the very last meeting, I’ve had the privilege to evolve, learn, grow, and enjoy every moment with such exceptional individuals, without exception.

The Creator

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the one and only “Borei Olam” (The Creator) for guiding us through all the crazy achievements we reached together.

The Team

A big thank you to my team (the FX Team!), the product and engineering teams, the HR team, and everyone else involved. Your support during the successes and especially the challenging times when my daughter was hospitalized (Guillain-Barre syndrome), meant the world to me and my family. Thank you 🙏

The Experience

These three years have been exceptional, both personally and professionally. They’ve also been remarkable in the complicated context of our world and our beautiful, resilient country 🇮🇱 ❤️ 💪 .
I’ve had the opportunity to manage, lead, and collaborate on numerous projects (new Design Systems, strategic platforms UI/UX refreshments, UX methodology implementation, and more) and even started the first company band, which added a unique rhythm to our workplace 😜 .

Principles

During my career, these experiences have taught me three key principles that have helped me face any strange, difficult, or challenging situation:

“Hakol Letova” (Everything happens for good reasons)
“Don’t worry, be happy” (Let it gooo, let it gooo ❄ )
Keep behaving “be Derech Eretz” (acting with decency and respect), even when it’s hard and sometimes might seem unfair.

These principles remind me that we need a balance—a union between our brains and our hearts. Relying on just one can be dangerous. This union, “Ahdout,” is essential in life and work because it directly impacts the way we behave and interact with others. Teamwork is not just a word but a whole process.
As I write these words, I realize how much more there is to say about “Ahdout”, but I’ll save that for another time.

#opentowork

Now, I’m on the road again after another wave of layoffs, seeking a new role where I can share my experience, build exciting product experiences, manage and grow a dynamic team, and continue learning. I love supporting team members to reach new heights and thrive in strategic, cross-disciplinary projects.
